This hotel had a mixed bag of experiences during my stay. While the rooms were generally spacious and clean, I encountered some significant issues with cleanliness and safety in my assigned room. The staff, however, was incredibly attentive and friendly, making my experience more bearable. The dining options were decent, with a good variety for breakfast, but there's still room for improvement. Overall, the hotel offers a lot of family-friendly activities, but I left feeling a bit disappointed due to the state of my room.
